Gettco Construction bags 33-story tower project

The 33-storey Al Seeliya Tower project has been awarded to Gettco Construction, a subsidiary of Al Sawari Holding, with completion date set for year-end

The construction of Al Seeliya Tower project has been awarded to Gettco Construction.

Located in the heart of West Bay, Doha’s prominent business area, the 33 storey and 4,0000m² Al Seeliya Tower, consists of a residential hotel/serviced apartments.

Sheikh Turki Bin Faisal al Thani, chairman of Al Sawari Holding Co., said at the ceremony: “We are pleased to sign this agreement with Gettco Construction, which I am confident will deliver this project to meet the highest standards of quality and agreed delivery date.”

Commenting on this achievement, Hesham Ibrahim, acting general manager of Gettco Construction, said: “We are extremely honoured to be awarded Al Seeliya Tower project. We believe that our proven track record, and Gettco Construction’s team being involved in the successful completion of several prestigious projects, was an essential factor to our nomination. Gettco Construction is committed to exceed Al Sawari Hotels and Resorts’ expectations. ”

Gettco Construction specialises in a wide range of disciplines including high and low-rise residential, industrial, and commercial buildings and has been involved in the development of high-end projects including City Centre Shopping Mall, Al Areen Tower, Aamal Tower, and Al Jazi Gardens Residential Complex.

The tower has its completion date set for the end of this year.
