Parsons has appointed Robert J Miller III to the position of director of business development for its Security & Intelligence Division

Parsons has appointed Robert J Miller III to the position of director of business development for its Security & Intelligence Division.
In his new role, Miller will support the delivery of the US-headquartered consultancy’s projects, and sustain critical federal assets, across its worldwide defence, security, intelligence, and infrastructure markets.
Miller has more than 16 years of industry experience, with expertise in capture management, business development, signals intelligence, programme management, advanced targeting, collection systems, and software development.
Prior to joining Parsons, he served as capture manager for an advanced engineering and technology company.
Commenting on Miller’s appointment, Carey Smith, group president of Parsons, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Robert to the Parsons team. His business development skills will prove valuable as we continue to grow as a company and support our mission-critical customers within the [US] Department of Defense (DoD), intelligence community, and supporting agencies.”
Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He is also a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
