Property developer, Damac Properties, has launched Hajar Villas, a modern stone villa concept project in Dubailand.

The Hajar Villas are available in four-, three- and, one-bedroom duplexes with open-plan arrangements, and duplex units, consisting of two one-bedroom units sharing one entrance.

Priced at $292,708 (AED1,075,000) with a payment plan spanning five years, the developer announced in a statement.

The Hajar Villas will go on sale in Dubai on Wednesday, 8 March at Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi and in Abu Dhabi at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers.

The statement also said that the homes, touted to be Dubai’s first stone villas, will be constructed to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Damac recently awarded a $54.4m (AED200m) contract to Commodore Contracting Co for the construction of Merano Tower in Business Bay area.
