UAE-based property developer, Arada, has launched Nasma Residences, the company’s first project in Sharjah focussed on accessible living.

With an expected completion date for late 2018, residents and investors can own property in a master-planned community of more than 800 residential properties.

Arada is a partnership enterprise jointly founded by KBW Investments, chairman HH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal and Basma Group chairman, HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi.

Nasma Residences will offer a choice of two and three bedroom townhouses, four bedroom semi-detached homes, and five bedroom villas.

Homes range in sizes from 140m2 to 325m2, starting at $260,000 (AED995,000).

The development will expand over 46ha of land area, anchored by five community offerings: a 13acre landscaped park with cycling and jogging tracks and large play areas; a multi-purpose community centre with club house offering sports and recreation facilities; children’s nursery and full-service medical clinic; an international school; and a retail mall.

Nasma Residences is located at the intersection of Emirates Road Highway #611 and Maliha Road, adjacent to the newly developing Tilal City, Tilal Mall and the new Sharjah Convention Centre.
