Steve Slayzak, vice president of Technology at Coolerado Corporation (Seeley International Group), presented a seminar on fresh air precooling through dew point coolers on March 28, 2017, in Dubai.
The event was in collaboration with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Slayzak has more than 23 years of experience in buildings science and R&D focused on advanced cooling and thermal conversion technologies. He is the former chairman of ASHRAE’s Desiccant and Sorption committee, has masters and bachelor degrees in mechanical engineering from Purdue and Rensselaer, and has authored more than two dozen publications. He also holds three patents in heat-mass transfer, regenerative filters, and desiccant and evaporative technology.
Seeley International, an Australia-headquartered air-conditioning and ducted gas heating manufacturer, boasts proprietary technology that has been deployed in over 120 countries.
