Sobha Hartland: 70% of Phase 1 and 2 sold out
Construction of Hartland Greens Phase 1 is on track and has been completed till G+5 level and will be ready by December 2017
Real estate developer, Sobha Group, has announced that 70% of Phase 1 and 2 in Sobha Hartland has been sold out.
Hartland is Sobha’s low rise apartment buildings located by the Dubai Water Canal, part of a 74.3ha resort-style luxury housing project.
Construction of building one and four in Sobha Hartland Greens Phase 1 will be completed in the next nine months, the developer has stated.
Sobha Hartland Greens a G+8 residential apartment building complex, featuring studios and duplexes of one, two and, three bedrooms. A total of 521 apartments are being constructed both in Phase 1 and 2.
Construction of Hartland Greens Phase 1 is on track and has been completed till G+5 level and will be ready by December 2017, a company revealed.
Construction of the Phase 2 of Hartland Greens is already underway and the completion is expected by December 2018. Phase 3 of the project will be launched shortly.
The group in earlier this year announced the launch of Hartland Estates ‘Quad Homes’ along the Dubai Water Canal.
