Dubai Maritime City awards $1m FM deal to Imdaad
Imdaad will deliver integrated FM services for Dubai Maritime City's Maritime Business Centre (MBC) building
Imdaad has been awarded a three-year facilities management (FM) contract worth $1.08m (AED4m) by Dubai Maritime City.
Under the terms of the agreement, the FM firm will deliver integrated FM (IFM) services for Dubai Maritime City's Maritime Business Centre (MBC) building.
The scope of services provided under the contract will include hard services, such as operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in the building's common area.
The contract also covers heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and minor civil works, also in the common area.
As for soft services, Imdaad will provide general cleaning services and water tank cleaning and testing in select locations.
Imdaad’s specialist services will cover fire alarm and firefighting maintenance, chiller, elevators, gate barrier, portable water and chilled water treatment, and access control, among others.
