Damac launches new residential units at Aykon City

With two-bedroom apartments starting from $353,924 (AED1.3m), The Residences at Aykon City will go on sale in Dubai on 19 April

UAE-based developer Damac Properties has announced the launch of new residential units comprising studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in the east towers within The Residences at Aykon City.

With two-bedroom apartments starting from $353,924 (AED1.3m), The Residences at Aykon City will go on sale in Dubai on Wednesday, 19 April at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, from 5pm to 10pm.

The six-tower Aykon City comprises residences, hotel rooms, hotel apartments, and office space, located by the Sheikh Zayed Road overlooking the Dubai Canal.

Each of the towers has been designed to offers views of the Sheikh Zayed Road, the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Canal, Safa Park, and Dubai Marina.

The development features distinguished interiors, and generous living spaces with ample of natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Central to the development is Aykon Plaza, an elevated platform that links the East Tower and provides the community with its own private area.

Aykon City also features The Club, an exclusive residents-only setting with a modern twist on old-world charm.
