UAE-headquartered facilities management (FM) company, Emrill Services, announced its contract wins over the past six months amount to $45.2m (AED166m).

The new contracts span the UAE's aviation, residential, healthcare, and retail sectors, as well as master communities.

Contracts added to Emrill's portfolio between October 2016 and March 2017 include deals for Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai Festival City, Outlet Village, Unilever, IPIC HQ Abu Dhabi, and Onyx.

Within the residential sector, Emrill's new contracts include Dubai's Grandeur Residences, Bay Central, Dubai Hills Show Villas, Al Murad Tower, Meydan South Villas, and Arabian Ranches 2 (Palma), in addition to REEM Community – where Emrill will deliver integrated FM and lifeguard services – and The Greens and Views' swimming pools.

Remarking on the development, Alex Davies, managing director of Emrill, said the company's strategy is to achieve "sustainable double-digit [percentage] growth".

He continued: "Our focus remains firmly on service excellence and continuing to build value partnerships with all our existing clients, while forging new relationships within the industry.

"Further to this, we are looking to drive world-class standards of FM across the UAE through innovation, and most importantly, our excellent people.

"We are delighted to have been awarded these prestigious contracts. Identifying the aviation, healthcare, master community, and residential sectors as significant growth areas, Emrill has developed the specialist capability necessary to deliver world-class integrated FM services to each segment by deploying a dedicated team and tailored set of resources.

"These contract wins are an excellent example of this strategy working to the benefit of all stakeholders," Davies added.
