Damac launches five-tower Golfotel at Akoya Oxygen

Dubai-based real estate developer, Damac Properties has launched Golfotel, a five-tower hotel property surrounded by a golf course in Dubai.

Golfotel will feature more than 2,000 rooms with golf views of the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai, which is set within the Akoya Oxygen community.

Hotel amenities include a lounge, restaurants, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool as well as shuttle services to tourist attractions across Dubai and complimentary airport transfer.

Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president, Damac Properties, said: “Communities such as Akoya Oxygen attract residents and tourists who aspire to a certain lifestyle that only these integrated communities can offer.

“Young and mature audiences are appealed by the experiences they present besides being an investment that will provide long-term high returns - Damac has brought Dubai golf community living to a new level.”

The Trump World Golf Club Dubai is an 18-hole championship standard course designed by the golfing superstar Tiger Woods, who will bring his design expertise and worldwide playing experience to the development.
