Ellington Properties announced that the construction of its new Eaton Place project is progressing rapidly, underlining the company’s growing portfolio to potential buyers, investors and real estate companies.
Eaton Place is in Jumeriah Village Circle (JVC), which has residential developments highly sought-after by young families and professionals.
Robert Booth, managing director of Ellington Properties, said: “Dubai’s property sector continues to record robust growth in the run up to Expo 2020 Dubai even as the population is expected to increase by over 11 per cent over the next five years. As a design-conscious property developer, Ellington Properties offers a wide assortment of bespoke properties for discerning customers. Having highlighted our commitment to delivery with Belgravia, commencing the construction of Eaton Place marks our focus on hand-over as per schedule.”
Designed for with community living, Eaton Place offers a collection of studios, 1 and 2-bedroom residences overlooking a resort style pool courtyard adding to a leisure and lifestyle theme.
The interiors are serene with the concept of play on pastel neutrals inspired by the tonalities of a desert rose. Trendy colour schemes present a sophisticated and fashion-forward look; wood effect beige porcelain tiles provide texture and warmth.
Other interior design aspects include sintered stone counter-tops with white-marble effect and mirrored splash-backs, offset by tonal joinery. Taupe porcelain in the bathrooms creates a warm backdrop to the white ceramics and subway wall tiles.
The heart of Eaton Place is the beautifully landscaped central court, a space to enjoy fresh air and socialise. Residents can get in shape at the gym and those looking to relax can lounge in the outdoor pool surrounded by lush greenery.
The construction of the building is on schedule and is expected to be completed mid-2018.
