Aldar Properties has announced selling out all homes in the third tower of its mid-market development, The Bridges.

In a statement, the Abu Dhabi-based developer said that the tower sold out in just four hours on Saturday, 6 May, bringing the total value generated across all three towers to $163.6m (AED600m).

Aldar had sold out two of the six canal-side towers of the property during Cityscape Abu Dhabi, which ran from 18 to 20 April, 2017.

Talal Al Dhiyebi, chief development officer of Aldar Properties, said: “Demand for The Bridges has been very encouraging, reflecting customer confidence in the Aldar brand and its developments, and also the resilience of the Abu Dhabi real estate market as new and different types of products are introduced.

Aldar has always been committed to developing products that meet the needs of customers. The exceptional demand for The Bridges reinforces the potential of the mid-market segment, and our commitment to this valuable market.”

The Bridges is located on Reem Island, home to other Aldar developments, including Sky Tower, Sun Tower, the Gate & Arc Towers, and Meera, the developer’s first mid-market project.
