Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties has awarded a contract for the main works of Stella Maris, its water-front development in Dubai to General Construction Company.

The 52-storey luxury development at Dubai Marina will offer 313 high-end residences in total, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses.

Sameh Muhtadi, chief executive officer of Bloom Holding, said: "The commencement of the main works at Stella Maris is a major milestone for this landmark project. Stella Maris will offer its residents all the conveniences of modern urban living. Awarding this contract underlines our commitment to delivering the project on schedule.”

Once complete, the development will offer amenities such as a multi-purpose room, a lounge area, a snooker room, a playroom for children, a gymnasium, and a private theatre.

Outdoor public amenities include a garden, swimming pools, and play areas. Stella Maris will also offer panoramic views of the harbour and Ain Dubai.
