La Reserve Residences slated for Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2
Swiss Property has signed an agreement to develop La Reserve Residences for Phase 2 of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) in the UAE
Swiss Property has signed an agreement to develop wellness residences for Phase 2 of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) in the UAE.
The new project, known as La Reserve Residences, will be located in Al Jaddaf. It will overlook Dubai Creek, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and the widest stretch of Dubai Water Canal.
La Reserve Residences will be jointly developed by DHCC and Swiss Property. The project has been designed to complement the residential cluster of DHCC’s Phase 2, which, ultimately, will accommodate more than 25,000 residents and workers.

La Reserve Residences will comprise 230 units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom simplex and duplex apartments. The project will feature open terraces, outdoor activity areas and pedestrian trails, running tracks, pools, gyms, and recreational greens.
The development is expected to complete by the end of 2019.
