Greenline Interiors (GLI) has bagged two contracts, worth a combined $35.4m (AED130m), in Dubai.

The UAE-based interior design, manufacturing, and contracting company has secured deals on the five-star Millennium Bay View Hotel in Business Bay, and the Jewel of the Creek development in Deira.

Under the terms of the Millennium Bay View Hotel contract, GLI will provide joinery and fit-out works for 218 rooms. For Jewel of the Creek, a project that includes four residential buildings located between Al Maktoum Bridge and Floating Bridge in Deira, the company will be handling joinery and fit-out works for 333 furnished apartments.

Samir Badro, chairman and chief executive officer of GLI, commented: “All of GLI’s work is driven by the vision of HJH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, which is centred on establishing Dubai as a global capital for excellence in all respects.”

Part of Greenline Group, GLI has outfitted the interiors of Burj Al Arab, Arjaan Rotana, a Sofitel hotel, Grosvenor House II, and Paramount Towers in the UAE; Hilton and Fairmont hotels in Saudi Arabia; Hotel de Vendôme in France; and other projects including 22 UAE royal palaces.
