The contracts, which were awarded by Etisalat and Souk Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi, are worth a combined $1.03m (AED3.8m).
Under the terms of the Etisalat deal, Eulen will conduct electrical, building, and climate control maintenance activities for a group of schools in the emirates of Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain. The initial agreement, worth $900,000 (AED3.3m), will run until the end of 2018, and could be increased to a value of up to $2.72m (AED10m) over the longer term.
As part of its agreement with Souk Qaryat Al Beri, Eulen will maintain the mall’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) facilities. The one-year contract is worth $155,000 (AED570,000), and could be renewed for an additional year.

In February 2017, Eulen Group joined forces with Madaeen Al Doha Group to form Eulen Middle East, a company that aims to provide integrated facilities management (IFM) and operational support services to customers across the region.
