Bond Interiors has been contracted to fit-out four villas within Dubai’s XXII Carat development.

Forum Group has awarded a $7m (AED25.7m) fit-out contract to Bond Interiors.

Under the terms of the deal, Bond Interiors will fit-out four Versace-inspired villas within the developer’s XXII Carat project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.

Investors took the decision to enlist the services of Bond Interiors following its successful fit-out of the Palazzo Versace Dubai hotel.

Situated on Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent, Forum Group’s XXII Carat is a gated, beachfront community comprising 22 luxury villas.

The scope of Bond Interiors’ four-villa contract includes the installation of gypsum ceilings, painted glass-reinforced gypsum (GRG) wall and ceiling mouldings, marble floors and cladding, kitchen and vanity tops, kitchen counters and cabinets, wardrobes, and villa doors.

The contract will be completed in two phases: work on XXII Carat’s Villa 21 will commence on 10 June, while fit-out activities for Villas 12, 13, and 20 are expected to begin on 25 June.

Fit-out works for all four villas are scheduled to complete by 25 December, 2017.

UPDATE: The original version of this article incorrectly stated the value of the fit-out contract, awarded by Forum Group to Bond Interiors, as $700,000 (AED2.6m). The actual value of the fit-out contract is $7m (AED25.7m). This version of the article has been corrected.
