Qatar: Kahramaa officials satisfied with performance in Q1 2017
Senior officials of the Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation, Kahramaa, met to discuss the body's Q1 2017 performance
Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation, Kahramaa, has held a meeting to review its overall performance in Q1 2017.
The Corporate Performance Review (CPR) for the first quarter of the year evaluated the performance of the different departments, work progress in current projects, challenges encountered, and executive procedures taken to overcome challenges.
The meeting's attendees evaluated Kahramaa's Q1 2017 performance as good, according to The Peninsula.
The meeting was chaired by Kahramaa president Essa bin Hilal Al-Kuwari and attended by Kahramaa directors, managers, and section heads.
Customer services KPIs witnessed remarkable improvement in Q1-2017, according to meeting participants. Internal inspection time for electricity and water was 2.9 days, while new meter connection time (electricity and water) was 3.2 days with a total average of 6 days for inspection and connection. These figures represent a marked improvement on previous statistics, according to the body.
