Bloom Properties begins main construction works for Soho Square
Main construction works have commenced on Soho Square, Bloom Properties’ second mixed-use project within Saadiyat Island’s University Neighbourhood
Main construction works have commenced for Bloom Properties’ Soho Square development on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island.
The UAE-based developer’s second mixed-use project within Saadiyat Island’s University Neighbourhood, Soho Square will boast 302 residential units upon completion.
Situated in close proximity to New York University Abu Dhabi, the development will also feature numerous retail and commercial spaces.
Bloom has appointed Emirates Link Maltauro as the project’s main contractor.
Sameh Muhtadi, chief executive officer of Bloom Holding, commented: “Bloom Properties is delighted to announce the commencement of main construction works on our second project at Saadiyat.
“Given the high demand for quality urban housing with high-end amenities on the island, Bloom is committed to the timely delivery of the project that will ensure compliance with best-in-class construction standards,” he added.
Soho Square’s residential offerings will comprise studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments; townhouses; and a penthouse. Additional amenities will include a swimming pool and fitness centre.
