Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has announced that the percentage of Emiratisation among its senior administration and administrative assistant roles has reached 100%.

So far, the authority’s plan to raise the level of Emiratisation within its organisation has resulted in the employment of 135 UAE nationals across various departments.

ADHA has also organised a series of sessions designed to provide education and continuous advancement for its Emirati employees, according to UAE state news agency, WAM.

Zainab Abd Al Emir, director of the authority’s planning and employment section, confirmed that ADHA had achieved full Emiratisation for both senior administration and administrative assistant jobs.

Al Emir also reaffirmed the body’s commitment to Emiratising all of its jobs, and training and empowering its Emirati employees through leadership strategies that encourage innovation and empowerment.

“This has been done through delegating power, providing continuous training and education, and guaranteeing performance improvements based on yearly evaluations,” she added.
