Optima Middle East FM wins Al Benaa contract

Abu Dhabi's Al Benaa Real Estate Investment Company will aim to create high-efficiency facilities through the partnership with Spain's Optima

Abu Dhabi-based Al Benaa Real Estate Investment Company has entered into an agreement with Optima Middle East Facility Management.

The objective is to create a specialised partnership in the management of high-efficiency facilities.

The agreement was signed in Abu Dhabi by Hamad Saif Al Salmeen Al Mansouri, chairman of the Board of Directors together with Omar Katri, CEO of Al Benaa Real Estate Investment Company.

Founder and CEO of Optima International Group’s Ignacio Casamada Lasús was also present at the signing ceremony.

The partnership between Al Benaa Real Estate Investment Company and Spanish operator Optima Middle East Facility Management is said to help growth of both companies.

“Al Benaa Real Estate Investment Company seeks to develop the UAE’s real estate sector by adhering to the highest international standards through strategic partnerships with international companies such as Optima Middle East Facility Management,” said Katri.

Lasús said: “The establishment of a partnership with Al Benaa Real Estate Investment Company is a great addition to our company.

“Al Benaa’s strong presence and reputation in the real estate industry in the UAE is vital in Optima Middle East Facility Management’s expansion plans in the region.”

Optima Middle East Facility Management is one of the most prominent FM companies operating in Spain, with a strong focus in Barcelona.
