Sobha launches twin-tower residential project in Dubai
Sobha Group has launched Hartland Aflux, a twin-tower residential complex that will form part of its Sobha Hartland Greens project in Dubai
Sobha Group has launched Hartland Aflux, a twin-tower residential complex situated within Dubai’s Sobha Hartland community.
The project will feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments spread across two L-shaped buildings, according to its UAE-headquartered developer.
Hartland Aflux will consist of two podium levels and 12 additional above-ground storeys.
The project is to be developed as part of Phase 3 of Sobha Hartland Greens, an enclave within the Sobha Hartland community.
PNC Menon, founder and chairman of Sobha Group, said: “This project caters to the affordable luxury segment and offers the perfect home for modern or nuclear families, and first-time buyers, without compromising on the renowned Sobha quality.
“The product has been developed with both the investor and end-user categories in mind. Also, it will have many features and benefits that will differentiate the product from our existing ones.”
Hartland Aflux’s apartment sizes will range from 43.5m2 to 128m2, making them smaller than average Sobha Hartland units. However, Sobha Group contends that the residences will be “grander than any other”, and predicted that prices would prove “much more attractive than the earlier offerings”.
Residents of Hartland Aflux will have access to a pool with an artificial waterfall, a jogging track, and a podium-level children’s play area. Sobha Group also intends to develop a ground-floor retail area and an outdoor gym. Ground-level apartments will link to a private garden.
