Azizi launches two residential projects in Dubai’s Al Furjan area
Azizi Berton and Azizi Pearl, both of which will be seven-storey developments, will feature more than 500 residential units in total
Azizi Developments has launched two residential projects in Dubai’s Al Furjan area.
Azizi Berton and Azizi Pearl, both of which will be seven-storey buildings, will feature more than 500 residential units in total.
Azizi Berton will boast 245 units, including 191 studio, 40 one-bedroom, and 14 two-bedroom apartments. Azizi Pearl will feature 260 units, including 192 studio, 54 one-bedroom, and 14 two-bedroom apartments.
The projects represent the Azizi’s 18th and 19th properties. The UAE-headquartered real estate developer recently handed over five other developments in Al Furjan: Yasamine, Feirouz, Orchid, Liatris, and Iris.
Commenting on the latest launches, Farhad Azizi, chief executive officer of Azizi Developments, said: “With the monumental response to our previous projects in Al Furjan, Berton and Pearl are expected to attract more investors over the coming weeks.”
The buildings will feature fitted kitchens, European finishes, and muted colour palettes with earthy tones, according to the developer. While the projects’ designs will be distinct, both have been inspired by the Art Deco movement.
“Witnessing the ongoing transformation of Al Furjan’s communities is a source of pride for our company as we always put the needs of our clients first,” said Azizi.
“To that end, every stage of Berton and Pearl’s development [will receive] the utmost care and expertise, guaranteeing an architecturally and spatially beautiful experience that exceeds the expectations of our customers,” he added.
The floor plans of residential units within Azizi’s Berton and Pearl buildings will range from 93m2 to 186m2.
Both projects are scheduled to be handed over by Q2 2019.
