Craig Beeson, the CEO of Sanctum Consult, says that the MEP market is significantly geared towards public–private partnership (PPP) when it comes to water and power production projects.

He says: “The MEP market in terms of major infrastructure development projects is healthy and it will continue to grow, especially that the governments are embracing PPP projects.”

Craig Beeson was also recently appointed as the COO of Milcris – chartered construction consultant firm.

Beeson has 16-years of experience in the international construction industry, 12 of which have been in the Middle East. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), and a registered DAB practitioner for the MENA region. Beeson’s core specialities include dispute mitigation and resolution, commercial management, project management, change control, and procurement. He is also a six-sigma qualified practitioner and views every activity as a chance to improve efficiency, create mutually beneficial opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
