Dubai Properties has announced the release of additional units to the third edition of its Arabella Townhouses (Arabella 3) at its Mudon community in Dubailand.
The Arabella townhouses feature three- to five-bedroom units situated near the 41-acre Mudon Central Park and Al Salam Town Centre.
Industry expert Core Savills attributed their increasing appeal of the community to young families, millennials, and first-time buyers to the positive response of the development.
Sales were launched in April 2017 with the first two communities, Arabella 1 and Arabella 2, unveiled in 2016.
Masood Al Awar, chief commercial officer at Dubai Properties, said: “The immense popularity of the Arabella development has prompted us to release further units into the market. Other aminities include a jogging track, a cycling track, sports courts, outdoor exercise stations, water features and water play areas.
In June, Dubai Properties began work on the new Marasi Business Bay marina, with the installation of pontoons.
The $272m (AED1bn) mixed-use Marasi Business Bay was launched by Dubai Holding and Dubai Properties Group in May 2016.
The first phase of the marina is set for completion in the third quarter of 2017.
