Aurecon will offer unlimited Architect of Record services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

With a strong cloud-based foundation, the service will provide consultation to architects, developers and owners in a country which is increasingly recognised for its progressive and contemporary architecture, the company said.

The new AOR service will allow Aurecon to take a lead consultant role in projects through integrating local code requirements with its engineering design solutions and facilitating a smooth approval process with the relevant authorities.

As part of this service, Aurecon will act as a bridge between the design ideas of the architect and owner and the practical considerations for construction.

The company further stated that this service will harness digital solutions enabling the company to collaborate more effectively with multiple stakeholders in a typical mega project in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Aurecon claimed that by creating a virtual reality experience of the design during development, clients will have better visibility over timelines and costs over the course of their projects.
