The following video shows a scale model of Marassi Al Bahrain, a luxury-mixed use project that is currently being constructed within Bahrain’s Diyar Al Muharraq master-planned community.

Marassi Al Bahrain is being developed by a joint venture between Bahrain-based Diyar and UAE-headquartered Eagle Hills.

Upon completion, the project will feature retail and food-and-beverage (F&B) outlets, waterfront apartments, and several hospitality offerings.

Marassi Galleria will act as the project’s centrepiece. The multi-storey mall, the interior of which is detailed in this video, will be connected two premises from Emaar Hospitality Group’s brand portfolio: The Address and Vida hotels.

Connected to Marassi Galleria, Marassi Residences will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. All units will feature balconies with views of the sea, local park, and Bahrain’s mainland. Residents will also have access to amenities such as swimming pools, a children’s play area, and gyms.

Situated on the waterfront, Marassi Shores Residences will feature studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments. Its facilities will include temperature-controlled pools, gyms, parks, and play areas. The apartment complexes will be built along the island’s 2km-long beach.

Check out the following video to see how Marassi Al Bahrain will look upon completion…
