Aldar's first development targeted at the mid-market segment, Meera, consists of two identical, 25-storey towers, each comprising 204 units

Aldar Properties' first mid-market development is on course to meet its Q3 2018 target handover date, according to the Abu Dhabi-headquartered developer.

With a built-up area spanning 76,328m2 and valued at $148.7m (AED546m), Meera is located on Reem Island, adjacent to the UAE capital's central business district. It consists of two identical, 25-storey towers, each featuring 204 units that range from 1- to 3-bedroom apartments.

The main contract package of the project, worth $70.2m (AED258m), was awarded to Fibrex last year.
