The hospitality arm of Emaar Properties, Emaar Hospitality Group, has launched its 28th upcoming hotel development and its 20th project under the brand Address Hotels + Resorts.

Part of Emaar’s Address Fashion Avenue development in Downtown Dubai, the Address Fashion Avenue hotel will comprise 167 rooms and will mark the company’s 12th Address project in Dubai.

In a statement, Emaar noted that Address Fashion Avenue, which will be located directly across Burj Khalifa, will also consist of Address Residences Fashion Avenue. The project’s residential component will feature 78 high-end units, the company added.

With its two other hospitality brands, Vida Hotels and Resorts and Rove Hotels, Emaar Hospitality Group now has 11 operational hotels and 28 hotel projects in the pipeline, in Dubai and international markets like Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, and Turkey.

Olivier Harnisch, chief executive officer of Emaar Hospitality Group, commented: “With 28 upcoming projects and 11 operational hotels, Emaar Hospitality Group has set a distinctive imprint in the hospitality sector.

“As our flagship hotel brand, Address Hotels + Resorts has been a driving force of our growth, with its positioning of ‘where life happens’ resonating with our guests and residents.”

Address Fashion Avenue will reportedly boast a specially commissioned art installation in the welcome foyer, as well as a library, a lounge area, and a rooftop pavilion.

Other hotel amenities include a cafe, restaurant, rooftop pool and lounge, spa, fitness facilities, and children’s play areas.

According to Emaar, the project complements the ongoing expansion of Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue, which will see it housing an additional 150 international fashion brands, as well as a selection of restaurants and leisure attractions.
