Warehouse fire contained in Sharjah Industrial Area

Firefighters reportedly arrived at the site within three minutes, and restricted the blaze from spreading to adjacent buildings

A fire reportedly broke out at a warehouse in Sharjah Industrial Area. 

The rubber and scrap facility caught fire on Tuesday, 22 August, 2017. 

Firefighters arrived at the site within three minutes. 

Adjacent buildings were not affected by the blaze.

According to Khaleej Times, the fire injured one worker, who was immediately transferred to a local hospital for recovery.
