Musanada completes 50% works of new Al Ain Hospital

The Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has completed 50% of construction works on the $1.2bn New Al Ain Hospital

The Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has completed 50% of construction works on the new $1.2bn Al Ain Hospital.The hospital is located at Al Jimi in Al Ain city, and will have an area of 347,000m2.

The new hospital consists of the main hospital building, a 1,500-car parking facility, a logistics centre, a 60-MW primary substation, as well as other facilities and advanced medical treatment services that will meet the needs of the community in that area.

Hasher Al Azeezi, Musanada’s senior project manager, said: “The company is keen on rapid and quality delivery of the project, which is progressing as per the approved plan and in line with highest international standards and specifications, in order to provide specialised health facilities.”

According to Trade Arabia, Musanada has recently completed the hospital’s skylight ceiling and the shop drawings of electromechanical works.

It had previously completed all window glass installation works and concrete works of the main and utility buildings together with the project’s steel structures.
