Emaar Properties has launched sales for its 17 Icon Bay residential tower on Tuesday, it’s latest project in Dubai Creek Harbour.

The project, developed as a joint venture with Dubai Holding, has commenced sales of about 300 apartments across Emaar customer sales centres in Dubai.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, said: “Dubai Creek Harbour is one of the most sought-after residential destinations in the city, its value underpinned further by the Dubai Creek Tower, the new global icon, and a dedicated retail district.”

The 43-storey tower will include one-. two-, and three bedroom apartments, offering a range of retail, F&B and leisure options along a 4.5 km-long creek boardwalk.

Aminities will include a swimming pool, landscaped leisure deck, multi-function room, and modern fitness facilities.

Emaar recently awarded Al Naboodah Construction Group (ANCG) the main contract for Creekside 18, a two-tower residential project also located in Dubai Creek Harbour.

Construction of the two 37-storey residential towers began earlier this year with the installation of the substructure and concrete superstructure work currently on-track.

The announcements follow the successful completion of two other projects within Emaar’s 6km2 mega-development – the Dubai Creek Harbour Sales Centre and the Promenade – in Q4 2016.
