In the following video, Sailesh Jatania, chief executive officer of Gemini Property Developers, talks about the construction progress at Splendor, a residential project in Dubai's Mohammed bin Rashid (MBR) City.

He also discusses the company's plan to select a facilities management (FM) firm even before the project reaches completion, explaining that doing so will ensure a "seamless transition" from the contractor to the FM team.

Valued at $76m (AED280m), Splendor is a G+8 development that is expected to complete and be ready for handover by the end of January 2018. It is being constructed by Global Green Bridge Contracting, previously known as Al Jihan Gulf Horizon General Contracting.
