Seven Tides is offering investors a 1% deposit to reserve an apartment at two of its resorts on the Palm Jumeirah during this year’s Cityscape Global property exhibition.

The offer will be available for the Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences and DUKES Dubai for interested buyers during the event.

Buyers will also receive a one-night stay with breakfast in the hotel of their choice - Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences or DUKES Dubai, according to Seven Tides.

For the first time in the event's history, Cityscape will allow visitors interested in buying UAE property to make purchases on the show floor this year.

Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides, said: “This is a perfect opportunity to buy a second, or holiday home and enjoy the facilities and amenities within the five-star resort.

“These apartments are completed. People can move in immediately after making the down payment and enjoy the property and the resort lifestyle. Quarterly repayments only begin after 12 months.”

Around 76% of the total units at Anantara The Palm Dubai Residences have already been sold. The remaining units consist of one and two-bedroom apartments.

DUKES Dubai has only 10 executive studios remaining and will offer 10% for investors on reservation and 90% upon signing the sales & purchase agreement for a 30-day holding period.

“With properties in both of these stunning resorts, we can also assist with a leasing strategy on a long-term basis, or the apartment can be added to the hotel rental management schemes, whereby the unit becomes a part of the hotel inventory and sales are managed by the hotel reservations team,” added Bin Sulayem.
