National Properties unveils Phase 3 of Green Community Motor City
National Properties will develop the 137-villa Casa Flores and 136-unit Eden Apartments projects as part of Phase 3 of Green Community Motor City
National Properties has launched Phase 3 of its Green Community Motor City development in Dubai.
The firm, which is the real estate development arm of UAE-headquartered National Bonds Corporation, will build the 137-villa Casa Flores and 136-unit Eden Apartments projects during the upcoming phase.
Casa Flores townhouse villas will be available in three- and four-bedroom layouts. The ground floor of each home will include living and dining areas, a fitted kitchen, a guest room, a study, a maid’s room, and a laundry room. The properties will also feature private garden areas and two-car garages.
Eden Apartments will be available in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts. Managed by Harbor Real Estate, the building will be located within walking distance of supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, and retail outlets, according to its developer.
Mohammed Qassim Al Ali, chief executive officer of National Bonds, said: “[Motor City] provides a way of life within a secure environment comprising landscaped gardens, water features, cobblestone streets, and walkways with natural greenery that further enhances the peace and tranquillity provided.
“Green Community Phase 3 will consist of stylish, spacious townhouse villas and apartments, which were designed with high standards while maintaining the functionality, rich lifestyle, and value that investors and end users expect,” he added.
All units developed as part of Phase 3 will be available through National Properties’ rent-to-own finance scheme, which enables buyers to pay 10% during the construction stage and 90% over a 10-year period following handover.
Green Community Motor City’s Phase 3 units are scheduled to be handed over in Q4 2018.
