A subsidiary of Voltamp Energy has signed a framework agreement with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).

Through the agreement, Voltamp Power's products will be given purchasing priority by PDO.

The agreement extends for a period of five years.

"No value is reflected in the agreement at present," Voltamp Energy said in a missive issued to the Muscat bourse.

"The value of purchases by PDO will depend upon their future purchase requirements," the missive continued.

PDO's agreement with Voltamp is a part of its commitment to support homegrown products and add local value to its operations.
