ARACO appointed to lead on $44m residential project

UAE-based consultant ARACO has been appointed to complete works on a $44m (AED160m) residential tower in the Majan Master Development in Dubai

UAE-based consultant Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO) has been appointed to complete all architectural, MEP, structural design, and construction supervision works for a $44m (AED160m) residential tower in the Majan Master Development.

The project, which is located between Al Barari and Dubai Legends communities, will feature 216 one-bedroom apartments and 62 two bedroom apartments, gym, swimming pool, community facilities, and retail units.

 

Abdul Rahim Consultants ARACO general manager, Rahim Banizaman Lari, said: “This stunning project is designed to meet the needs of Dubai’s growing mix of residents, who demand stylish homes with world-class facilities and excellent transport links to other parts of the emirate and UAE.”

Signed in July 2017, the project will also comprise two basement floors and 31 stories of one- and two-bedroom apartments. It is due for completion in December 2019.

ARACO’s full scope of work on the project includes architectural, MEP and structural design, preparation of tendering process, and construction supervision.  

The company is to obtain approval for all plans for the buildings and the necessary licenses from the relevant authorities.
