Azizi records $354m sales at Cityscape 2017

Azizi Developments announced that it has recorded sales of $354m (AED1.3bn) during the three days of Cityscape Global 2017 in Dubai.

Around $5.4bn (AED20bn) worth of projects were showcased during the exhibition, which been the most successful edition of the event for Azizi Developments to date.

Additionally, Phase one and about 50% of the inventory of Phase two of the $3.2bn (AED12bn) waterfront Azizi Riviera project was sold out.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “Cityscape 2017 proved to be an excellent platform for us and we are delighted with our performance at the exhibition.

The fact that we were one of the busiest stands shows the insatiable appetite of buyers and investors for quality real estate projects which we are committed to deliver.

Azizi Riviera, made up of 69 mid-rise residential buildings, features 13,000 units of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, a retail district and a four and five-star hotel.

Work on the project began in July this year with the completion of phase one and two scheduled for the second half of 2018.
