UAE-based property developer, Nshama, has started the handover process of its Zahra townhouses ahead of schedule.

In June this year, the developer had announced that it was expecting the townhouses to be ready for delivery at the end of 2017.

The 320 Zahra townhouses comprise the first residential community in Town Square Dubai, Nshama’s 304ha development.

Nshama revealed in a statement that all related infrastructure work for the Zahra project has been completed, as well as lifestyle amenities like basketball and tennis courts, cycling trails, a jogging track, a gymnasium, and a swimming pool.

Residents will also have access to a coffee shop, a cineplex, and a convenience store, in addition to the Town Square Park, reportedly the size of 11 football pitches.

Commenting on the completion of the Zahra townhouses, Fred Durie, chief executive officer of Nshama, said: “We promised, and we have delivered. Town Square Dubai is now ready to welcome its first residents in our first residential project, Zahra townhouses.

“We have worked with experienced contractors to bring to life the Zahra community with all infrastructure and construction work undertaken to high standards of quality. We are also showcasing all the lifestyle amenities that residents look for in an established neighbourhood.

“We will continue to focus on meting and exceeding the expectations of our customers with our commitment to project management best practices,” he added.

According to Nshama, several residential neighbourhoods are currently in different stages of completion at Town Square Dubai.
