Raj Sahni, the company's owner and chairman, told Construction Week that the development will comprise 2,000 units and will be located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

The developer currently has three ongoing projects in the emirate, including two hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Burj Sabah, a residential development that is being constructed by Team Engineering Enterprises, is located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The project completed a construction milestone in September with the casting of the raft foundation.
