Integrated facilities management (IFM) company Al Shirawi has increased its presence in the luxury residential sector in the UAE, having signed with 118 Luxury Tower in Downtown Dubai.

The contract was signed between Al Shirawi FM and Signature Estates Limited to manage the asset.

The residential tower is known for housing just one apartment per floor, and touted as one of the only buildings in the Downtown district to have such a layout.

Al Shirawi will provide the complete spectrum of IFM services including MEP, specialised services management, housekeeping and security services.

Al Shirawi FM CEO Navin Valrani said that the firm’s track record in managing similar properties gave it the edge over competitors in securing this new contract.

Al Shirawi FM also manages Le Reve, Emirates Crown in Dubai Marina and Volante in Business Bay.

Valrani said: “At the heart of our strategic growth plan for the region is the pursuit of service excellence.

“Through partnerships to strengthen our sector-specific expertise, continuous investment in training and the quick adoption of digital and other innovations within the industry, we are leaving no stone unturned in ensuring service excellence. Our efforts are clearly paying off as we continue to add more prestigious properties to our roster,” he said.

Al Shirawi FM general manager Evie Boustantzi said: “Catering to the luxury segment demands utmost professionalism, the highest standards of hospitality and a team that is proactive and truly committed to offering the finest service to its clients.”

118 Luxury Tower features a grand reception on the ground floor, and has 24 full floor residences and three penthouses.

It also has three parking spaces, a rooftop pool, spa and gym and a private driver’s residence in the podium.
