Nshama’s Town Square is launching UNA, a mixed-use development introducing the first “co-living and co-working concept” in Dubai.

Located within Dubai’s Town Square development in Barsha, the project will have two ground level lobbies as part of a G+11-storey building with 478 residential units of studios and one-bedroom apartments.

The project will also include a 2,000m2, digitised all-purpose lobby lounge within a fully serviced and affordable living space, ideal for singles and small families.

Fred Durie, chief executive officer of Nshama, said: “While the spacious central lobby serves as the meeting point that promotes social interactions and a spirit of community living, the apartments are competitively priced for middle-income professionals, upcoming entrepreneurs and the creative community.”

UNA will also have licenced co-working spaces defining it as a true work-live-play destination.

“The emphasis is on how life can and should be as envisaged by our young generation; it is not about size and scale but about owning a place where they build their dreams and careers,” Durie added.

The amenities include welcome lobbies, wi-fi, reading area, meeting rooms, entertainment & recreation areas, business centre, swimming pool, gymnasium, retail stores, restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, laundry & cleaning services, landscaped areas, and outdoor recreational facilities.
