JCB Workwear has launched three new clothing ranges: JCB Essential, JCB Trade, and JCB 1945.

Comprising 25 new pieces in total, the ranges have been designed to meet the requirements of fashion-conscious tradespeople, according to the UK-headquartered workwear brand.

The JCB Essential range includes everyday workwear such as sweatshirts, hoodies, and fleeces. The items have been designed to accommodate third-party corporate branding, with a focus on durability and price-competitiveness.

Garments from the JCB Trade range have been designed with minimal branding to allow a smooth transition from workwear to leisurewear.

JCB 1945 is named after the year in which the British equipment manufacturer was founded. The range pays homage to the firm’s technology and machines, with items such as the Eco Max jacket and Hydromaster boots.

The new ranges feature a diverse array of comfort- and safety-focussed features, including reinforced elbow pads, steel toe-capped boots, and 3M Thinsulate padding.

Howard Topham, managing director of JCB Workwear, said: “We have worked hard to deliver products that we know our customers want. Our research shows that tradespeople require technical clothing that is comfortable to wear, but they also want to look and feel good too.

“Slimmer fit tops and tapered trousers are just some of the features that we have introduced to modernise our clothing range to suit the lifestyle of today’s tradesmen.

“Although we have designed three distinct ranges, we expect most people to mix and match, taking a basic t-shirt or hoodie and layering that with a soft-shell jacket and heavy-duty trousers. We believe that this is our most innovative range to date, and will cater for every type of tradesperson, from the site manager right down to the DIY enthusiast,” Topham added.

In addition to its latest ranges, JCB Workwear plans to release limited edition throughout the remainder of the year in a bid to keep its offering fresh.
