Al-Futtaim has announced that it is digitising its end-to-end service and operational processes with the use of GE Digital’s field service management platform, ServiceMax.
The Dubai-based conglomerate revealed in a statement that the GE system will replace the current manual processes within its facilities management (FM) division.
According to Al-Futtaim, ServiceMax will provide it real-time access and visibility across the business, allowing it to track, control, and monitor performance, and automate data collection.

Meanwhile, Ali Saleh, SVP and chief commercial officer, GE Digital Middle East, Africa and Turkey, said: “Digital transformation is key to continued growth for businesses in the region and around the world.
