Ellington launches residential tower at MBR City

UAE-based Ellington has announced the launch of the second tower within its Wilton Terraces complex at Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City)

The second tower will also be built within the same complex, which is just three kilometres away from the Burj Khalifa.

UAE-based Ellington has announced the launch of the second tower within its Wilton Terraces complex at Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City).  Ellington decided to bring Wilton Terraces II to the market in less than two months following the successful launch of the first tower.According to Trade Arabia, Wilton Terraces I, the first of two towers offered one and two-bedroom units. The second tower will also be built within the same complex, which is just three kilometres away from the Burj Khalifa.

Robert Booth, the managing director of Ellington, said: "As we draw close to the end of 2017, the year has seen the property market remain buoyant. The market has also seen an increasing demand for design-led homes that will contribute to a quality lifestyle for residents and bring long-term value for investors."

"The lobby will be transformed into a meeting space for residents and their guests, along with a host of other amenities such as a fully equipped gym with separate changing rooms and steam showers, and a children’s playroom," he added.
