Construction on 18 homes within The Villa project, a residential development master-planned by Dubai Properties, is now 35% complete, according to Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (Araco).

Part of The Villa project in Dubailand, Araco was appointed by Tadhamon Capital to design and supervise the construction of 18 villas on plots for the project. 

Divided into four neighbourhoods, the entire development of The Villa will feature hundreds of homes once completed, of which many are already sold or occupied.

Araco’s scope of work comprises all engineering designs, including architectural, structural and MEP, in compliance with the standards and regulations set out by Dubai Properties.

Abdul Rahim Lari, managing director of Araco, said: “We are very excited to work with Tadhamon Capital on this project and we look forward to a fruitful and mutually beneficial relationship with this well-established company, in this project and in many more to come.” 

The villas feature five bedrooms, including one master and one guest, and a maids’ room with services and amenities including a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, jogging and bicycle tracks, a children’s nursery, and play areas.
