2017 fmME Power 50: The Middle East's most influential in FM

The Middle East's 50 most influential FM professionals

SPECIAL REPORTS, FmME Power 50, Abu Dhbai, Dubai, Facilities management (FM), FM, Managers, Middle east, Power 50, Saudi, Uae

Welcome to the 2017 fmME Power 50, the most anticipated annual ranking of the Middle East’s most influential personalities in the facilities management sector.

In 2017, a majority of the regional FM companies managed to increase revenues year-on-year, and return healthy profits as well. It’s a testament of the resolute nature of the region’s economies as the FM sector is slowly but surely becoming the bedrock of the construction and property market.

Individuals featured in the 2017 fmME Power 50 have been selected in line with the information they shared either directly with fmME, or in some instances information available in the public domain. The ranking is based on the collective data that has been provided and researched — and our editorial team’s perspective of the industry’s most influential FM professionals.

The list is partially subjective in its perspective of the Middle East’s FM powerhouses, and those companies that provided us with revenue, profit and growth figures have been held in good stead. We hope this diligence motivates other companies to follow suit.

If you do not agree with certain aspects of this year’s listing, we welcome your views and opinions. Feedback and criticism of any kind is welcome. Happy reading.
