Lootah Real Estate Development has announced the completion of 47% of the construction work on three new G+2 residential buildings within the Ewan Residences community in Dubai.

The $136m (AED500m) residential property launched in 2006 will now feature new additions to its residential buildings portfolio.

Saleh Abdullah Lootah, executive director of Lootah Real Estate Development, said: “When we unveiled Ewan Residences just over ten years ago, it offered investors and residents an unprecedented level of affordable luxury with premium finishing, amenities and high-quality construction.

"And due to the high demand and positive feedback we’ve received throughout the past decade we decided to expand and enhance this community by adding three new residential buildings with contemporary design and premium quality without missing on affordability.”

He added: “By Q1 2018, the Ewan Residences community will welcome new residents and investors, offering them an all-encompassing community experience with residential and retail outlets blended with an array of leisure facilities reflecting the forward looking and community spirit of Dubai.”

In April 2017, Ewan Residences underwent significant refurbishments including enhanced recreational facilities, new retail options and community gathering areas.
