UAE-based real estate developer Tiger Group has started construction work on residential projects located within two of Dubai’s newest communities.

Work has begun on the O2 Tower in Jumeirah Circle Village (JVC), with units expected to be delivered in the last quarter of 2020. The building will consist of 41 floors, and has 600 apartments of varying sizes. Around 60% of the units have already been sold.

The second development, Al Jawhara Tower, is located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) and is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2019 with 85% already sold. It will include 532 studio apartments across 29 floors.

The building will feature amenities such as a gymnasium, a health club, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts.

It will also have four parking levels, twenty-four-hour security, maintenance, and facility management.

Amer Al Zuabi, chief executive officer  of Tiger properties, said: "These projects are a quality addition to Tiger Properties' portfolio of over 200 projects across the country and beyond. Tiger Properties is committed to achieving its goals and maximising customer satisfaction."
