Under the terms of the contract, the company will undertake all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works for the project, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
Commenting on the win, Burak C. Kizilhan, CEO and board member at AE Arma, said that its history of successfully delivering projects has led to the company being recognised as one of the preferred MEP contractors in the region.
The Dubai Hills Mall Project is located on the corner for Al Khail Road and Umm Suqeim Street.
The mall will reportedly feature 187,500m2 of gross leasable area spread out over ground and first floor levels with over 750 retail and F&B outlets including a range of ‘fast fashion’ retail and F&B choices.
